Gill Twell has over twenty-five years experience in Leisure Management. Gill was group Health and Fitness Manager for a local authority leisure contract for five years before accepting a senior management position as Area Leisure Manager in 2001.

As Area Leisure Manager Gill set up and managed the front of house ICT Management System and the Integrated Management System. She has immense hands on knowledge of Quest, and this is demonstrated in her achievements of her centre being national awarded the second most improved Quest score in 2005 – with an increase score of 14%, and in 2006 her centre being ranked joint 16th of all registered Quest centres in the UK. Gill has recently been appointed a Quest External Assessor and Mystery Visitor.
