Mark has worked within the industry for over 9 years has a vast amount of experience working with a variety of individuals from first time exercisers to GB athletes.

Following completion of a Sports and Exercise Science degree, Mark has continued learning and in great detail how the body moves and the best way to manipulate these movements in order to produce some outstanding results. Mark is also an international fitness tutor, turning people into top class fitness professionals all over the world.
Alongside this, 5 years ago he also began working as an instructor for British Military Fitness. During this time Mark has progressed from an instructor to Assistant Park Manager and Park Manager level. He now leads our training team, a very exciting role focusing on improving the quality of instruction to ensure our members receive fantastic sessions every time they train with us.

Mark has also been lucky enough to work in so many different areas of this industry, including personal training and industry education, He still however find that his passion always comes back to where it all started, personal training. Mark loves helping people achieve results, passing on his knowledge and experience along with some top quality, and most importantly, FUN training sessions.
